(a) operate and improve the Platform;
(b) understand user behaviour and interactions;

CarryScore does not knowingly collect or process the personal data of individuals below the age of 18 without obtaining verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian where required by applicable law, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Where CarryScore becomes aware that personal data has been provided by, or on behalf of, a person below the age of 18 without such verifiable parental or guardian consent, CarryScore will delete such personal data, save where continued retention is expressly authorised by the child's parent or lawful guardian or is otherwise required or permitted under applicable law.
